  1. Prepare 200 grams of chopped walnuts.
  2. It’s 100 grams of dry cranberries.
  3. It’s 1/4 cup of Agave nectar.
  4. Prepare of vanilla extract.
  5. It’s 2 tbsp of milled flaxseed.

Homemade Energy Bars instructions

  1. Mix well all ingridients together then place in a pan and press well with hand or spoon.
  2. Cover with cling film and put in fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Cut into bars and serve.
